Senior Day

Today at the Marriott Center it was Seniors Day, that meant it was the last home game for the Seniors on the team.. There was 5 Seniors paying there last game...

We love going and supporting the girls team and we try and get on the big screen when it's a media "time out", sorry to say we didn't brake our record of being on their twice, but we did equal it!!!!!

Cosmo wanted us to talk to us today as he noticed our accent, but it was a bit boring cause he didn't talk back....

The girls were behind at half time and we didn't think that they could come back.....

The courgettes must have encouraged them at half time...
In the end they did win by5 points in the end, it was a great game...

After the game they acknowledge the Seniors last game and the girls stayed around to sign some posters.. Phebe got her photo with the co-captain Haley Hall (Senior) and Kristen Riley...

Corriann Fraughton another Senior was happy to have a photo Corriann played a really good game and is one of my favourite players....

Can't wait till the next season starts... Go Cougars.......

School run...

It's still cold some days here so we drive the girls to school...This is me in the car this morning taking Eliza to school. Her school starts at 8:30am and they don't open the doors til 8:25to am, so if it's cold... My advice to all those kiddies wear a coat!!!!!!

Phebe on the other hand, her school starts at 8am and it's really cold at that time so we take in turns of taking the girls.. Susan is Monday, Elaine does Tues-Thrus and Wed-Frid is my turn, we leave at 7:40am....Susan has the best day as they have a late start and start at 9:20am

This morning a found Susan taking her oldest daughter to the High School, which has a another different starting time 7:30 atogethre...Susan has 5 children in all 3 school's .....and teaches dance at BYU, so thats why she does Monday.....

It's really pretty when the snow is fresh....

And buy the afternoon most of it will be melted, until the next snowfall, which is happening tonight......

Brotherly Love

On the Presidents long weekend Gary's brother, who is from Canberra was going to be staying in Salt Lake City (50 mins away) so we played the locals for a couple of days.. Gary had to attend a workshop on Saturday morning , so we went and picked him up and showed him the sites of Provo..

We started at the BYU women's Basketball game.. Micheal looks very excited, but not as much as us...

It was a PINK game, if you were Pink you got into the game for free.. Gary didn't have anything Pink , so i made him sticky tape this Y to his t-shirt... Cosmo loved it and so did the camera man.. We got on the big screen twice.. (that's why we were excited)...

Eliza loved the cup holder...

After the basketball we went and had some lunch and took him to the local mall for some shopping and then drove back up to SLC to another Ice hockey game... Utah Grizzlies ... just say it was ALOT different than the BYU games we have been going to....
We left in the 3rd quarter... yeah it was THAT good!!!!

someone turned out the lights on me!!!!!!

GO GRIZZZZZLIIEESSSSS!!!!!!

IT was "bring your pooch to hockey night"......so everyone brought their dogs... interesting,,,,
After the hockey we went to one of our favourite burger places.. IN & OUT BURGER.... and then we dropped Micheal back and drove home.....

But the next morning this is what we woke up too.. Snow and it kept on coming and it ruined our plans of going to Park City as we needed snow chains to get through the canyon... So we discovered Murray... shops and found another one of our favourite eateries.. The Cheesecake factory.....

Posing in front of our car....
the day ended with a walk around temple square..

This one is for you Jac...
Thank you Micheal for spending sometime with us.....

My Valentines...

Since i arrived in Provo some of my PYCSAM gym buddies have been asking me if i had join a gym.. Today was the day as i thought that I'd had to put off long enough....

I'm not the fittest person in the world and go through stages where I am really motivated to get fit and lose some weight and other times I"m just there for the socialising before, while and after class...
So I have joined the GOLDS GYM at Orem, it's not the closest one (5mins away), but it has childcare in the price and has a bigger pool and more classes...
But the deal breaker was... Free Tanning...... How good is that.. I have never had a spray tan and I probably wont, but you never know!!!!!

So what do ya do after joining a gym... Go and get some off your favourite high in fat food..
Today is Valentines Day, so Eden and I went to the Krispy Kreme shop and got some Valentine Doughnuts..
Phebe keeps on saying everytime we drive past Krispy Kreme...
" we are in America and we haven't had a Krispy Kreme doughnut yet"...
So i thought i would surprise her today..

Don't they look yummy..
The bad news for Phebe is that there are only half left as I went and gift boxed some and gave them to my ladies I VT, my VT's and my conpamion.. Sorry Phebe's...

My Valentine presentI got from Gaz, was him taking Eliza to school and doing the laundry and my present to him was I was going to allow him to do it....
Oh yeah when he went and took Eliza to school, he dropped into the Dollar Tree store and got these balloons for $1 each........
What did everyone else get?????

Red and Blue weekend..

This weekend the Woodward family had a very sporty couple of days..
Last week we enjoyed an Ice Hockey game, so we decided that we would go again this weekend...
BYU were playing against UTAH which is a big rival team.. It was a great game and there was plenty of pushing and fast plays.. and of course BYU was the winning team..
We had great seats, front row and in the corner, so when they pushed each other when they were going close around the edge they would do it straight in front of us..

Phebe was very happy to have her photo taken with some players after the game.. They were a bit smelly...

We invited some friends to join us, Adam lives at Lehi and spent sometime living in Australia

Eden, Emma and Aubrey were having a great time playing together

Robbie served in Launceston and we love hanging out with him, so much Gary wants to look like him..

Gary made some signs.. I think this one was his favourite...

Tonight was basketball and again BYU was playing UTAH. It was a sold out game so we had tickets way up the back.. It was still an AWESOME game...

When it's a white out all the BYU fans are meant to wear white.. it looks so cool..

After the game went to hang with COSMO the mascot...

Phebe wanted to take a video so she can practise the moves, so she will do well in her try outs for cheer leading in high school......
