This week while Gary was hard studying for exams the girls and I traveled up to Salt Lake City to visit the Zoo.. It was really cheap... $9 for adults and $7 for kids.... 
You could get really close to the animals..... 
They had the old favourite animals.... 
and the one that look like family members!!! ...... hahah 
and some Amercian Favourites...... 
and a train ride around some of the zoo... 
and animal themed carousel....... 
and lots of places you could take photo's..... 
and when your finished the kids could have a play on the HUGE playground.... 
Even the BIG kids.... 
We had a great day at the Zoo (the sun was out) and will definitely go back again......
Yes, we will take Gary next time......
i love the Zoo... at least the animals get a fair deal now ...not live years ago penned up in tiny cages etc ... i saw that in Merida in Mexico... it was not a good experience there...especially the hippos...a tiney concrete hole in teh ground filled with water in their 12x12 pen each....ggggrrr and tears.
